Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Sneha Homeopathy website and appointment-request features. Clinical services may be subject to additional information provided when your appointment is confirmed.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website forms. These terms apply to the website operated for Dr. Ankireddy's Sneha Homeopathy Clinic (“Sneha Homeopathy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Medical information

Website content is general educational information. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or substitute for an examination by a qualified healthcare professional. Content cannot account for your complete history, current medicines, allergies or individual risk factors.

Do not start, stop or change prescribed medication because of website content. Discuss changes with the clinician who prescribed it.

3. Appointments and consultations

  • A website form is an appointment request, not a confirmed booking. The clinic will contact you to confirm availability, consultation mode and any applicable fee.
  • In-clinic and online consultations are offered subject to clinical suitability, practitioner availability and applicable professional requirements.
  • A clinician may recommend an in-person examination, investigation, referral or emergency care instead of, or in addition to, a homeopathic consultation.
  • Any appointment-specific payment, rescheduling or cancellation terms communicated during confirmation will also apply.

4. Emergencies

This website, its forms, email and social channels are not monitored as emergency services. Do not use them for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, suicidal thoughts or another urgent condition. Call 108 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

5. Your responsibilities

When requesting or receiving a service, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and current contact and health information;
  • disclose medicines, allergies, diagnoses and relevant treatment;
  • follow emergency and referral advice given by a qualified clinician;
  • not submit another person’s information without authority; and
  • use respectful and lawful communication with clinic staff.

6. No treatment guarantee

Responses to treatment vary between individuals. Testimonials, examples and descriptions of the clinic’s approach do not promise a cure, a particular outcome or a fixed treatment duration. Homeopathy should not replace emergency care or necessary conventional medical assessment and treatment.

7. Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • submit false, unlawful, abusive or misleading information;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site;
  • use automated tools to scrape or overload the service; or
  • copy or republish website content in a misleading medical context.

We may restrict access or disregard abusive or fraudulent submissions.

8. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services such as Google Maps, Google Analytics, WhatsApp and social platforms. Those services are operated independently and their terms and privacy practices apply when you interact with them. A link does not mean we control or endorse all third-party content.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding and original content belong to Sneha Homeopathy or are used with permission. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification or commercial use requires prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in maintaining this website but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of general content is complete, current or suitable for your circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other legal right, disputes will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these terms when the website, services or applicable requirements change. The revised terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after publication means the updated terms apply to later website use.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to snehahomeopathy2022@gmail.com or discussed by calling +91 95158 69819. For an appointment request, use the contact page.
