1. Information we collect

Dr. Ankireddy's Sneha Homeopathy Clinic (“Sneha Homeopathy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may collect the following information when you use this website or contact the clinic:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Enquiry details: the message you submit, preferred consultation mode, appointment request and subsequent communications with the clinic.
  • Health-related information: anything you choose to include in an enquiry or later provide for clinical care. Please do not upload or send medical reports through the website form unless clinic staff specifically ask you to use an approved channel.
  • Technical and usage data: information such as device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source and interactions collected by our analytics and hosting services.

2. How we use information

We use personal information only for relevant, stated purposes, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and confirm or manage appointments;
  • provide in-clinic or online consultation services you request;
  • maintain appropriate clinical, administrative and billing records;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;

  • meet applicable legal, regulatory or professional obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Sharing and service providers

Access is limited to clinic staff and providers who need the information for the purposes described above. The website currently uses third-party services that may process limited information on our behalf, including:

  • Google Analytics for aggregated website usage measurement;
  • Google Maps for the clinic-location embed; and
  • our website hosting, infrastructure and technical support providers.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and some processing may occur outside India. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect a person’s safety, or in connection with professional advice or a business reorganisation.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics. It may place cookies or use similar technologies to measure visits, page usage and referral sources. Google Maps and external services opened from this site may also receive technical data under their own policies.

You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect embedded maps or other website features.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, continuity of care, dispute handling, and legal or professional record-keeping requirements. Retention periods can differ by record type.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to authorised people. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may ask us for a summary of personal information being processed, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may retain information where continued storage is required for a legal, regulatory, safety or professional reason. If a grievance is not resolved through our process, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India when the relevant provisions apply.

8. Children’s information

A parent or lawful guardian should submit enquiries and provide consent for a child. Please do not allow a child to submit personal or health information independently through this website.
